There are many factors that determine where a roof leak originates from. including type of deck material, roof material, slope or pitch of a roof, equipment installed. While most roof leaks are fairly easy to find by experienced roofers, many are left unrepaired and defended by the statement a leak can result from anywhere on the roof. We recommend that when this is the statement frequently used by your roofer and the current leaks repeat, it might be time to change roofing companies or at least get another opinion.
